Where can I find the QR code?
Biopass accounts
For Biopass account, the QR code is in the link in your invitation email.
- You receive an invitation email from your Biopass admin.
- There is a link in that email.
- Opening the link and choosing phone, you will see the QR code
- You can scan with your mobile app.
Third party accounts
For accounts such as facebook, google etc activate two-factor authentication in the settings.
You can find some help and guidelines on your account providers too. For example for facebook you can follow the links below to add your facebook account in Biopass mobile app.

I do not receive SMS OTP, why?
During enrolment you are asked to enter SMS OTP we''ve sent to your mobile number.
This is because we want to verify your identity when you enrol your phone
If you did not receive the code within 2 minutes, it might be that __your mobile number is not registered with Biopass. Please contact your admin for further supporting. They can check if your mobile number is registered.
Why should I enrol my face?
One of the most secure forms of validating one's identity is through verifying their facial biometrics.
Biopass has integrated truuth liveness product in its mobile app which has made it the strongest facial recognition app. It protects against photo, video, deepfake, mask, and 3D model attacks.
You should enrol your face to use this method of authentication.
